I love this song. I can’t even quite articulate why, if we’re honest. It’s a very happy thing, and I like it for that reason certainly, but there’s something more to it. Something light and airy and spirit-lifting in a way relatively few songs do (there are some, of course, like Nice To Be Here, which have managed this effect before). Something about it makes me want to sort of rise above myself and see an inherent joy in everything.

But while I’m at it, if you need something less bleepy-bloopy but still uplifting, the soundtrack to Guardians of the Galaxy should provide that nicely. (I prefer this copy for providing the appropriate visual for the movie, but the dude who pirated it and uploaded it disabled embedding so whatever.
