So I’m being forced into a boycott of Bacardi products over some advertising issues. Normally I wouldn’t care, except for that they own and distribute Bombay Sapphire Gin, which is my brand. So now I’ll be making the switch (once the current bottles run out).

I’ll probably start with Beefeaters, and the Bombay equivalent is Tanqueray so I’ll likely end up there. But what I really want to try is Plymouth. Our package store doesn’t carry it, and I don’t feel like hunting all over the damn place to find it.

I figure that any brand of gin that features a ‘Navy Strength’ edition has gotta be an interesting experience, to say the least.
