Operation Weeting, the Metropolitan Police’s hacking inquiry, has evidence that it was used illegally to access 1,150 numbers between 2004 and 2006.

Whoops, that seems like a crucial piece of evidence someone forgot to destroy. It was also apparently missed as a source of hacking by two internal inquiries the company ran.

Good job on that coverup guys.
