Dammit, sky….

Something is up with my solar charger and I don’t know what. For some reason after three days in decent sun, it’s only gathering enough to give my phone about 20%, or about 300mAh, which is the rough amount that the solar panel is supposed to be collecting in an hour. Needless to say, it’s been out there many, many hours.

The confusing part is that this is a recent development. It had been working quite well. I’m worried I accidentally shorted something and damaged the battery, but it does still take some charge so I’m slightly skeptical. I’ve checked over the solder points on the board and they all appear to be intact and solid. Also gave the solar panel a good cleaning but honestly, it wasn’t that bad.

Really, really hoping it’s not the battery though.
