Inspiration strikes! In need of a stylus for my tablet (and in a hurry), I attempted at first to use the common trick of making a capacitive stylus from an old pen, some wire, and some scrap capacitive foam. Didn’t work, though, due to the old pen being shit. So in a stroke of genius, I grabbed the pre-order accessory from the original Star Wars: Knights Of The Old Republic game. It’s a tiny, pen-sized lightsabre surrounded by pewter. All I had to do was tape a bit of the foam to the end, and voilà! The most stylish stylus around. I now write on my tablet (quite successfully!) with a fucking lightsabre. Only downside is that it’s considerably heavier at the “hilt” end, making it weirdly balanced. Could swap the foam end….
