I’ve dabbled a little bit in recording, of course for nothing in any way formal. But keeping the ambient sounds at bay was one of the difficulties I came across. Knowing that I might do so again in the future, and that several friends may want to do the same, here’s a gallery of a gentleman who made a pretty simple isolation booth for recording. A bit of light carpentry, a bit of insulation, and room for a wire to connect the mic is all you need. Well, that and the space in your house for such a thing….
