Peter Bergman, member of Firesign Theatre, has died.

I am tremendously saddened. Firesign (as well as Monty Python, the Hitchhiker’s Guide series, and innumerable other works dedicated wholly to not taking a damn thing seriously) is one of those things that had a tremendous impact on my view of life, the universe, and everything in my youth.
