Picked one of these up to play with as a possible solution for my lighting ideas (like the TRON style, or under a desk, or whatever). It looks like it’ll work nicely. So far I’ve only loaded up their example sketches and haven’t gotten to work with it beyond that: my 4 year old is fascinated at the looping colors and won’t stop staring, heh.
Also, although the entirety of the DIY-web knows of them by now, Adafruit is fucking awesome. Strongest recommendation possible, etc.
