An article written under the pseudonym Mr. Y was published suggesting that the US stop focusing on external threats and turn our attention, and budget, towards education and improving quality of life for our youth. It turns out that the authors were two high ranking team members from one of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and appears to have been silently approved by the Chief in question….
